We deliver to most areas across Sri Lanka through trusted local delivery partners.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, and order volume during new collection launches.
Store Pickup
You may also choose to pick up your order from our Colombo store.
Pickup location: The Seventy Seven, Colombo. You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation message or email when collecting your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation, or after order confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message or email. When your order is ready for delivery, our team or delivery partner may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations across Sri Lanka.
Please make sure the correct amount is ready when the order arrives. Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery.
The Seventy Seven reserves the right to limit or cancel Cash on Delivery availability for certain locations or repeated failed deliveries.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order. Your delivery address should include:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Complete address
- City
- Postal code, if available
- Any special delivery instructions
The Seventy Seven will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery partner is unable to reach you, they may attempt to contact you by phone.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or unanswered calls, the order may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delivery Delays
We always try our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Bad weather
- Courier delays
- High order volume during collection launches
- Incorrect delivery details
- Remote delivery locations

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At The Seventy Seven, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for clothing items, especially for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached, and returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Size Exchanges
If you selected the wrong size, you may request a size exchange, subject to availability of the requested size and item condition approval.
Additional delivery charges may apply for size exchanges.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, clear photos of the item and package, and a short description of the issue. Our team will review and assist you with a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items after our team reviews and approves the issue.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect size selection, unless approved by The Seventy Seven.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Refund
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items with perfume, stains, marks, or signs of use
- Sale or discounted items, unless defective
- Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
Return Delivery Charges
Customers may be responsible for return delivery and re-delivery charges for size exchanges or non-defective item exchanges.
If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by The Seventy Seven, we will assist with the return or replacement process.

- Photos of the item, if damaged or incorrect
